My education and training are from the Institute of Transformational Nutrition®. When I’m not helping women find their balance and work WITH their bodies, you can find me watching a movie with my husband and two kids, walking our dog, checking out the local coffee shop, and trying new balanced (healthy but EASY!) recipes at home.

Who are you and how are you accredited to instruct me on weight loss?

I am a certified Transformational Nutrition Coach® accredited by the Institute of Transformational Nutrition®. I’ve tried just about every other method of weight loss and this is the only way that works for me, and now I help people, just like you, end their dieting struggle by showing them how to lose weight and boost their self-esteem, all without starving or giving up delicious food!

This all sounds great, but I feel like I have already tried everything!

Most people find the reason they failed in the past was they didn’t have a solid plan suited to them, and that having the support and accountability of a coach was what’s been missing.

I can inspire, motivate and energize you to reach inside yourself and bring out your best. I will help you find the tools and solutions you need to succeed, and help you stay focused, on track, and cheer you on!

My motivation and willpower never last, how can I stick with it?

Motivation and willpower are great when you have it. This is usually high when you decide to try and reach a healthy relationship with food, but it doesn’t last forever. There will be days when you need to find a different coping method to deal with your daily stressors. Having me as your personal accountability partner will help increase your ability to reach your goals—even when you aren’t keen or motivated to do so. We also will work one-on-one to continue to refine your habits as your lifestyle changes.

Won’t I be hungry on this program?

It’s not likely. When you fill your diet with much of the junk you find in supermarkets, you have to eat more of it to feel satisfied. This is your body telling you that it’s not getting satisfied! However, when you eat clean, as I’ll teach you in this program, your body WILL get the nutrition it craves, so you’ll get fuller faster.

A lot of it has to do with the combination of foods you’re eating too. For example, if you’re not eating healthy fats with your meals – you’ll get hungry faster. You need to fill your body with the correct quantity and correct combination of foods for optimal health. Luckily, I make this super simple for you.

How much time do I need?

Lifestyle changes are key, but let’s be honest…change is hard! Who actually enjoys change, especially when the food you crave tastes so yummy? Not me, and I’m guessing not you either!

I understand that each day brings about new challenges and some days are much more challenging than others. I estimate, though, you will probably need 1-2 hours per fortnight to work through the course materials and do the exercises.

I’m here to show you that finding and maintaining a healthy balance is not only possible, but it is also closer to your grasp than you realize.

How do I know that this will work for me when nothing else has?

I found ways to identify the root cause of why we try to eat our emotions and identified the simple process to learn to work with your body instead of fighting it, and ultimately losing.

In my coaching program I explain the key steps you can take to work with your body instead of against it and fuel it with the healthy nutrients your body is craving; not the junk foods you think it is craving.
